INFORMATION AND BOOKING

To get information or to make a reservation you can e-mail us or to fill in a special reservation form. After receiving confirmation of availability if you decide to accept our proposal and to book you will have at your disposal 48 hours to pay the deposit ( see under paragraph). According to the season the minimum rental period required for each booking varies from 2 to 6 nights.

PAYMENTS

At the time of booking, in order that we can secure your reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit of the 25% of the total amount by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Once paid the deposit you will receive a confirmation of booking with all the details of your accommodation, address and telephone numbers of your apartment. Just at the moment of your arrival you will make the full payment and in case your timetables changed you are requested to inform us.

PRICES

Our prices are expressed in euros, they are per day and they comprise: sheets and towels(changed once a week), kitchenware and the exclusive use of the kitchen, services, gas, water, power consumption, air-condition, taxes, VAT, weekly cleaning and the necessary for the breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jams…).

CANCELLATION

At the moment of the booking It twill be necessary to accept the following conditions applicable in case of your cancellation or change of booking dates :

We aim not to make any changes to your holidays, otherwise we endeavour to inform you immediately proposing you similar or better accommodations. If the solutions proposed will not be accepted from you, the total amount will be returned.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

At your arrival our staff will be there to receive you for the check-in and to assist you in every moment, giving you telephone numbers and information to make your stay as much comfortable as possible. The check-in must be made within 13:00 P.M. of the day of the arrival and the check-out within 11:00 A.M. If necessary, upon notice, it will be possible to anticipate the time and to deposit your bags.

Prices will be submitted to an increase of the 30% during high seasons periods as: Christmas, Easter and national holidays.
