The palace where all the apartments are, it dates back to the XVIth century when the family Nari’s sold all the medieval houses to the Sinibaldi’s who built a new palace named after the family. The favourable location of the street it makes easy to reach walking all the area of historical interest as :Piazza Navona (to 150 mt), Piazza della Rotonda “Pantheon” (to 100 mt), Piazza Campo dei Fiori (to 300 mt), Piazza di Spagna (to 1 km), Piazza Venezia ( to 300 mt) and to enjoy all the restaurants and night entertainments of this area. All the works of renovation of the apartments finished on the 1st of April 2007 so they can be considered new.
Historical signals Via Monterone is situated in the heart of the Historic Centre of Rome linking up Piazza della Rotonda (Pantheon) with Piazza Largo Argentina. Originally the name of the street was Via Vettori that was the name of a family who owned a palace in this place, afterwards it changed in Monteroni who was a very important family coming from Siena possessing the patronage and owning many properties in this area. They founded probably the Church of St. Maria here located that was built on the Temple of Buon Evento of the 1st century after Christ and of which the old church saved the ancient walls.
